About the Role

As a Video Editor at Falcon Media, you'll be pivotal in shaping our visual content, particularly for social media. You'll work on both short-form and long-form content for platforms like YouTube and other social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit videos according to scripts and provided footage.

  • Design sound: synchronize and mix audio, add effects and voiceovers.

  • Add graphics and special effects.

  • Perform color correction.

  • Ensure content quality aligns with our standards.

  • Collaborate with the production team.

  • Stay current with editing technology and equipment.

  • Manage multiple projects within deadlines.

  • Incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes.

KPIs

  • Retention: Video retention rates will be a primary measure of your effectiveness.

  • Turnover Time: The speed at which you edit videos will also be a key performance indicator.

  • Quality of the Edit: Adherence to our quality standards and attention to detail in your editing work.
